Refund Policy

All sales are final 

• No refunds, no exchanges on purchases. 

• All items are sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition. Please ensure you review your purchases carefully before completing the transaction. 

Electronics Return Policy 

• Return Period: Electronics may be returned within 48 hours of purchase if they are defective. Changing of mind does not allow a return. 

• Exchange Only: Defective electronics will only be exchanged for the same item, a similar item, or store credit equal to the purchase value. 

• No Refunds: Refunds are not offered for any products, including electronics. 

Important Note 

• No returns or exchanges will be processed after the 48-hour return period for electronics. 

• This policy applies to defective electronics only and does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, or issues from improper use. 

Pick-up policy 

• You have a maximum of 5 days to pick-up
